Payments sent via personal check may delay shipping due to the normal waiting period for personal checks to clear. You may leave the credit card information blank, but the shipping address must be complete and accurate. The final payment must contain a shipping price and state sales tax if you are located in New York State. Upon receiving orders via personal check, cashier's check, or money orders, we will double-check the printed checkout form for accuracy and notify you of any discrepancies before we put the order through. The items with additional shipping and handling fees will have the costs automatically added to your shipping fee on the checkout section(s).Cancelling OrdersAn order may be cancelled only if that item is out of stock and within 30 days from when the order was shipped. Within hours your order is created, boxed, and shipped out the door via US Air Mail by our reliable Order Fulfillment department. While we often send packages via US Mail, we also use UPS and Fed Ex. Unfortunately, there is no way for customers to request a specific shipper unless they place their order via mail or phone. Delivery should arrive within approximately 20 to 25 business days for international orders. All shipments are subject to stock availability.
